V&T Enterprise ("we", "us") is a registered lead generation business (Udyam/MSME: UDYAM-NL-08-0002544) based at Tepfulomi, Khezhakeno, Pfutsero, Phek, Nagaland 797107, India. We operate specialized divisions, including education admissions (EduReach Gateway) franchise partnerships (FranReach Gateway) and heavy machinery data sourcing (MachReach Gateway), and may add further divisions in other industries. This Privacy Policy applies to this website and to all our landing pages, enquiry forms, advertisements, and WhatsApp or other messaging channels, across all our current and future divisions.

This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, who we share it with, and your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian laws.

How our business works

We connect people who are looking for an opportunity (such as a college admission, franchise investment and purchase/rent of heavy machineries) with verified partner businesses that provide the matching service. Our service is free for the individuals we assist. We are compensated by our partners, not by you. We do not sell your data; we refer it, with your consent, to the specific partner matched to your enquiry.

What we collect

We collect your identity and contact details (name, phone number, email address, city and state); the enquiry and qualification details you provide so we can match you correctly (such as exam scores or rank, stream, category, preferred state and budget for education leads, or investment capacity, preferred brands and business background for franchise leads and heavy machineries); communication records, including WhatsApp messages and calls, which may be processed by automated or AI assistants; and basic technical data (device, browser and usage information) collected through cookies and analytics. We collect this directly from you through our forms, WhatsApp, email, phone or ad-response flows. We do not buy contact lists.

How we use your data

We use your data to verify, qualify and match your enquiry with a suitable verified partner; to share your details with that matched partner so they can contact you; to communicate with you about your enquiry; to track referrals, maintain records and collect partner commissions; to operate, improve and advertise our services; and to meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations. We process your personal data with your consent, given when you submit your details. Where you are under 18, a parent or guardian must provide the details and consent on your behalf.

Who we share your data with

We share your details with matched partner businesses, the consultancy, institution, brand or company whose service matches your enquiry, sharing only what they need to assist you, under written agreements requiring confidentiality and data protection. We also use trusted service providers (form, automation, database, CRM, messaging including WhatsApp Business, and advertising and analytics providers such as Meta and Google), some of whom may store data outside India. We may disclose data to authorities where required by law. We never sell or rent your personal data, and we never share it with anyone not involved in serving your enquiry.

Data retention

We keep lead and referral records only as long as needed to manage your enquiry, meet our contractual and commission-tracking obligations, and comply with legal and tax record-keeping requirements. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.

Your rights under the DPDP Act 2023

You have the right to access a summary of the personal data we hold about you; to ask for correction or updating; to ask for erasure where we are not legally required to retain it; to withdraw your consent at any time (this stops future processing but does not undo referrals already made); to nominate a person to exercise your rights; and to raise a grievance with us and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.
